When Mayo Clinic decided to locate their new Research & Hemodialysis Center to Albert Lea, they contacted Joseph to examine the options of building out a portion of their Health Reach Campus, versus constructing a new building. Mayo decided to give the Campus a “facelift” and house the Dialysis Center within the new Campus building. The Dialysis Center is approximately 5,000 SF and has 18 patient chairs. The project also included building new reception area, lobby, conference room, and break room.
