One of the areas where Joseph has significant experience both as a General Contractor and Construction Manager is in Senior Living Facilities such as nursing homes, memory care units, assisted and independent living. These facilities all tend to follow the same general requirements to deliver care to their patients, but our goal is to assist in customizing the construction process to meet the specific needs of each clients unique program.
