Mayo Clinic Albert Lea MN - Ambulatory Surgery Suites

Location

Albert Lea, MN

The Joseph Company’s relationship with Albert Lea Medical Center (ALMC) began in 2001 with an addition to their Administration Office Suite.  The next project was a new Ambulatory Surgery facility.  Joseph continued to complete numerous projects for ALMC to include an MRI Suite, HVAC renovation to the OR Suite, Kitchen/Dining Room renovation, Inpatient Department remodel to 2nd & 3rd floor, and relocations of the Pediatric Department and Patient Education areas.

We continue to educate our staff on healthcare concerns such as infection control and working in a clean, safe manner in which the hospital’s patients come first, hospital staff second, and our work last.  With approximately $1.3 million dollars in completed projects and over $2 million dollars in progress, the team of ALMC and Joseph look forward to a successful future together.

In 2003, after several successful remodeling projects, Albert Lea Medical Center designated the Joseph Company to “Preferred Contractor” status.  Joseph is focused on the needs of the healthcare environment.  We understand that our superintendent must communicate daily with owner’s staff and subcontractors to minimize disruption to professional care.  Joseph regularly trains job site leaders on how to maintain high standards for job site safety, cleanliness, and infection control.  Joseph employees and subcontractors are intensely aware of the sensitive work setting and dedicate the right people to the job.
