Round Bank of Waseca was growing its market share by expanding services. Round Bank put their confidence in Joseph to design-build their $872,000 expansion. This included an addition for the drive-up teller, insurance / financial services and a complete remodel of the teller desk and ATM vestibule. This project required some significant site changes and a remote temporary drive-up service. This project was delivered using the design-build model.
