Farmers State Bank of Elkton, MN was operating a bank facility in a 100 year old building in “downtown” Dexter. He realized that Dexter, being halfway between Austin and Rochester, was poised for commercial and residential growth. This new facility, completed in October 2001, houses both the computer systems and bookkeeping for both banks. The design features the original half round beveled / leaded glass window from the original structure.
