Owatonna, MN In 2015, Joseph successfully completed a $30 million power plant for Southern Minnesota Municipal Power Agency (SMMPA) in Fairmont, MN, and was recognized with a National Award of Excellence for the project. SMMPA further rewarded Joseph by negotiating a contract for the construction of the new Owatonna Energy Station in the summer of 2016. The project is on schedule to be completed in May of 2017, stay tuned for further updates through the winter.
